Whenever we search for something in WordPress search box, it will give us a page with very unfriendly search URL. This kind of URL is not SEO friendly. There is a plug-in that solves this problem.

This plugin converts (%20) and space character into plus sign (+), making your search URL more readable and good for Search Engine Optimization.
